• Service Configuration Data: Review response templates, AI tone preferences, and service tier selections submitted during onboarding.
• Usage & Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referral source — collected automatically when you visit our website.
• Communications Data: Messages you send us via contact forms or email.
